100% cotton cloth
All the bedding is 100% cotton cloth, all is made in small workshops and all except the embroidered items are hand-woven. The cotton itself is currently purchased on the open market in Bangladesh (98% imported cotton) and locally in India, We are working with local suppliers to secure a local Fair Trade Organic source of cotton.
Why do the duvet covers have panels/seams?
The fabric is made on small looms in low capital workshops, enabling production by producers without access to large capital. The looms are hand powered and cannot weave the full width of a duvet cover, for this reason the duvet covet is made of panels. Each panel is carefully centred
What sort of closure
The duvet covers are either with coconut buttons or with a zip, please check with us for exact closure on the design you want.

Guarantee
Fairly Covered aims to give opportunities to small scale workshops who do not have the facilities and infrastructure of large industrial factories. We aim to deliver the highest quality product and want you our customer to be 100% satisfied. Very very occasionally there is a finger mark. We recommend that you wash all our products before use and in the very unusual event that there is mark on your product that does not come off in the first wash the washed cover will be replaced provided it is within 30 days of the purchase date. This does not affect you statutory rights in any way. Fairly Coverd is about exchange of knowledge and enabling small scale producers make good quality product s suitable for the western market. If you have any comments or developments please let us know it the only way we can develop.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and so do the people who made them. If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you ordered, we are happy to send a replacement or refund products returned, unused within 14 days of receipt. If is possible, please return them in the original packaging, with your customer advice note. Please note we are only able to replace identical products (request for the sizes acceptable).
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The Environment
Dyes are Azo free (free from carcinogenic heavy metals or other harmful chemicals), bleaching is avoided where possible and non chlorine bleach used where necessary.
Delivery Charges
Our Home Delivery Service is available within UK at the price of £3.75, this Covers UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
Charges for posting to Europe are calculated according to the weight.
